Eliminar tu cuenta

Lo más rápido: desde la app

Abre stickers.fm y ve a Más → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. Se borra en el momento, sin esperar a nadie.

Si ya no tienes la app

Pídelo aquí con el correo de tu cuenta. Te enviaremos un enlace a esa dirección para confirmar que la solicitud es tuya; al confirmarlo, la cuenta se elimina.

Qué se borra

• Tus packs y tus stickers, para todo el mundo.
• Tus favoritos, tus «me gusta» y a quién seguías.
• Tu perfil: nombre, foto, portada, biografía y redes.
• Tu correo y tu nombre de usuario.

Qué se conserva, y por qué

Si alguna vez recibiste una sanción o hubo un reclamo sobre algo que publicaste, ese expediente queda: las faltas, el registro de moderación y los reclamos de terceros. Queda atado a una cuenta que ya no tiene tu nombre ni tu correo, y sirve para demostrar que actuamos cuando hizo falta. Si se borrara junto con todo lo demás, eliminar la cuenta sería la forma de limpiar el historial y volver a empezar.

Delete your account

Fastest way: in the app

Open stickers.fm and go to More → Account → Delete account. It is deleted right away, with no waiting.

If you no longer have the app

Request it here with your account email. We will send a link to that address to confirm the request is yours; once you confirm it, the account is deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your packs and your stickers, for everyone.
• Your favourites, your likes and who you followed.
• Your profile: name, photo, cover, bio and social links.
• Your email and your username.

What is kept, and why

If you ever received a sanction or someone claimed rights over something you published, that record stays: strikes, the moderation log and third-party claims. It is tied to an account that no longer carries your name or email, and it exists to show that we acted when we had to. If it were deleted along with everything else, deleting your account would be the way to wipe the record and start over.
