0. Alcance
Estas Directrices de Contenido (las "Directrices") se aplican a todo el Contenido de Usuario publicado en {{NOMBRE_APP}} (el "Servicio") y forman parte de los Términos de Uso ({{DOMINIO}}/terminos). Los términos en mayúscula que no se definan aquí están definidos en los Términos de Uso.
Al crear o publicar contenido aceptas estas Directrices. Su incumplimiento puede dar lugar a la retirada del contenido, a la suspensión de tu capacidad de publicar y al cierre definitivo de tu cuenta, conforme a la sección 14.
Estas Directrices se aplican a todo lo que sea visible en el Servicio: las imágenes de los stickers, los nombres de los paquetes, las descripciones, las etiquetas, tu nombre de usuario, tu foto y tu biografía de perfil.
1. La regla general
1.1. Publica únicamente contenido que hayas creado tú, o para el que tengas autorización expresa de todos sus titulares de derechos.
1.2. Si no sabes con certeza si tienes derecho a publicar una imagen, no la publiques. La duda no es una autorización.
1.3. Que una imagen esté disponible en internet, en un buscador, en una red social o en otra aplicación de stickers no significa que sea libre de derechos ni que puedas publicarla aquí.
2. Propiedad intelectual de terceros
2.1. Derechos de autor. Debes ser titular de todos los derechos de autor sobre lo que subas, o contar con autorización suficiente. Publicar, distribuir o transmitir obras protegidas sin el consentimiento de su titular está prohibido. Esto incluye, entre otros: fotografías ajenas, ilustraciones y dibujos ajenos, obras de arte, fotogramas y capturas de películas, series, animación, anime y videojuegos, portadas de discos y libros, e imágenes generadas a partir de cualquiera de los anteriores.
2.2. Marcas registradas. No se permite el uso no autorizado de marcas, logotipos, isotipos, nombres comerciales, escudos, uniformes o elementos distintivos de una marca cuando pueda generar confusión sobre el origen, patrocinio o afiliación del contenido.
2.3. Personajes. Los personajes de ficción están protegidos por derechos de autor y con frecuencia también por marcas. No se permiten paquetes de personajes de películas, series, animación, cómics, anime, videojuegos, juguetes o publicidad sin autorización de su titular. Tampoco se permiten versiones redibujadas, estilizadas, "fan art" ni derivadas de esos personajes: seguir siendo reconocible es suficiente para infringir.
2.4. Personas reales. No publiques imágenes de personas identificables sin su consentimiento. Esto incluye figuras públicas, artistas, deportistas, personajes de internet y streamers: el hecho de que una persona sea conocida no elimina sus derechos de imagen ni los derechos de autor del fotógrafo.
2.5. Contenido tomado de otras plataformas. Está prohibido publicar contenido extraído, descargado, copiado o importado de otras aplicaciones de stickers, servicios de mensajería, bibliotecas de terceros, catálogos comerciales o sitios web, con independencia de que la herramienta empleada para obtenerlo sea legal. Los paquetes tomados de otras aplicaciones o servicios se retiran sin excepción.
2.6. Recursos con licencia. Si usas recursos de bancos de imágenes, tipografías, pinceles o plantillas, debes respetar los términos de su licencia, incluida la exigencia de licencia comercial cuando corresponda. Muchas licencias gratuitas no permiten redistribuir el recurso como parte de un producto descargable: comprobarlo es tu responsabilidad.
2.7. Texto, nombres y etiquetas. No uses marcas ni nombres de personajes ajenos en los nombres de paquetes, descripciones, etiquetas ni en tu nombre de usuario, ni siquiera con errores ortográficos deliberados, separadores o variaciones destinadas a eludir la detección. No sugieras una asociación, patrocinio o autorización que no exista.
2.8. Si eres titular de derechos y encuentras contenido tuyo publicado sin autorización, consulta la Política de Derechos de Autor y Marcas: {{DOMINIO}}/copyright.
3. Seguridad infantil {#seguridad-infantil}
{{NOMBRE_APP}} aplica una política de tolerancia cero frente al abuso y la explotación sexual infantil (CSAE).
3.1. Prohibición absoluta. Está terminantemente prohibido crear, subir, publicar, almacenar, solicitar, enlazar o distribuir a través del Servicio material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM) o cualquier contenido que abuse, explote, sexualice o ponga en peligro a personas menores de edad. Esta prohibición abarca:
a) representaciones visuales, reales, dibujadas, editadas o generadas por ordenador o por inteligencia artificial, de menores en contextos sexualmente explícitos o sugerentes;
b) contenido que sexualice a menores, incluido el que enfatice partes del cuerpo de un menor con intención sexual;
c) contenido que promueva, normalice, glorifique o instruya sobre el abuso sexual infantil, el acoso con fines sexuales (grooming), la extorsión sexual o la trata de menores;
d) el uso del Servicio para contactar, captar o preparar a un menor con fines de explotación;
e) el uso del Servicio para solicitar, ofrecer o enlazar CSAM alojado en cualquier otro lugar.
3.2. Actuación. Cuando tengamos conocimiento efectivo de contenido de este tipo: lo retiraremos de inmediato, cerraremos la cuenta responsable de forma definitiva sin escala previa de sanciones, conservaremos la evidencia conforme a la ley aplicable y reportaremos el caso al National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) y a las autoridades competentes de la jurisdicción que corresponda.
3.3. Cómo reportar. Cualquier persona, tenga cuenta o no, puede reportar este contenido desde la opción "Reportar" disponible en cada sticker, paquete y perfil dentro de la App, o escribiendo a {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}. Los reportes de esta categoría se tratan con prioridad máxima.
3.4. Punto de contacto. Nuestro punto de contacto designado para asuntos de seguridad infantil, incluidas las notificaciones de plataformas de distribución y autoridades, es {{NOMBRE_CONTACTO_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}, en {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}.
3.5. Edad mínima. El uso del Servicio está sujeto a la edad mínima establecida en la sección 4 de los Términos de Uso.
4. Desnudez y contenido sexual
4.1. No se permite contenido que contenga desnudez o que tenga por finalidad la gratificación sexual. Esto incluye desnudez total o parcial, representaciones gráficas de actos sexuales, y contenido pornográfico real, ilustrado, animado o generado por inteligencia artificial.
4.2. No se permiten contenidos sexualmente sugerentes centrados en zonas íntimas, ni contenido fetichista explícito.
4.3. No se permite contenido íntimo de una persona publicado sin su consentimiento, ni contenido sexual manipulado que represente a personas reales.
4.4. No se permite contenido que promocione servicios sexuales.
5. Violencia y contenido gráfico
5.1. No se permiten representaciones gráficas y gratuitas de violencia, mutilación, cadáveres, heridas reales o sangre con fines de impacto.
5.2. No se permite contenido que promueva, glorifique o incite a actos de violencia contra personas o animales, ni que celebre atentados, masacres o a sus autores.
5.3. No se permite contenido que glorifique o fomente el suicidio, la autolesión o los trastornos de la conducta alimentaria. Si tú o alguien que conoces atraviesa una situación difícil, busca apoyo en los servicios de ayuda de tu país.
5.4. No se permite contenido que niegue, minimice o celebre crímenes contra la humanidad ni genocidios documentados.
5.5. No se permite contenido con instrucciones para fabricar, modificar u obtener armas o explosivos.
6. Odio y discriminación
6.1. No se permite contenido que promueva, incite o justifique el odio, la violencia o la deshumanización contra personas o grupos por su raza, origen étnico o nacional, religión, discapacidad, sexo, identidad o expresión de género, orientación sexual, edad, condición de migrante, casta, enfermedad grave o cualquier otra característica protegida.
6.2. No se permite el uso de símbolos, lemas, uniformes o iconografía de organizaciones que promuevan el odio o el terrorismo, ni su reproducción sin un contexto claramente crítico o educativo.
6.3. No se permiten estereotipos degradantes presentados como humor cuando su efecto sea denigrar a un grupo protegido.
7. Acoso, intimidación y amenazas
7.1. No se permite contenido dirigido a humillar, hostigar, intimidar o avergonzar a una persona concreta.
7.2. No se permiten amenazas de violencia, deseos de daño, ni contenido que incite a otros usuarios a atacar a una persona o a organizar campañas de hostigamiento.
7.3. No se permite crear paquetes cuyo propósito sea burlarse de una persona identificable, incluidos compañeros de clase, de trabajo, vecinos o exparejas.
8. Suplantación y datos personales
8.1. No te hagas pasar por otra persona, marca, organización o por {{NOMBRE_APP}}. Las cuentas de parodia o admiración deben indicarlo de forma clara y visible en el nombre y en la biografía.
8.2. No publiques datos personales de terceros: nombre completo asociado a otros datos, domicilio, teléfono, correo electrónico, documentos de identidad, matrículas, datos bancarios, historial médico o credenciales.
8.3. No publiques capturas de conversaciones privadas que identifiquen a personas sin su consentimiento.
9. Actividades ilegales y peligrosas
9.1. No se permite contenido que promueva, facilite o instruya sobre actividades ilegales.
9.2. No se permite contenido que promueva el consumo o la venta de drogas ilegales, sustancias no reguladas, tabaco o alcohol dirigido a menores.
9.3. No se permite contenido que promueva la venta de armas, explosivos, especies protegidas, órganos o documentos falsificados.
9.4. No se permite contenido que promueva estafas, esquemas piramidales, juego ilegal o servicios financieros engañosos.
9.5. No se permite contenido que fomente retos o comportamientos peligrosos que puedan causar lesiones.
10. Información engañosa
10.1. No se permite contenido que difunda afirmaciones falsas capaces de causar un daño real, en particular en materia de salud, emergencias, seguridad pública o procesos electorales.
10.2. No se permite contenido manipulado que represente a una persona real diciendo o haciendo algo que no dijo ni hizo, cuando pueda inducir a error.
11. Spam, manipulación y calidad
11.1. No se permite publicar paquetes duplicados, repetidos o generados en masa con el fin de ocupar los resultados de búsqueda.
11.2. No se permite el uso de etiquetas irrelevantes ni la saturación de palabras clave para manipular las búsquedas.
11.3. No se permite manipular artificialmente descargas, seguidores o valoraciones.
11.4. No se permite contenido que consista exclusivamente en publicidad, enlaces de afiliación o promoción de otros servicios.
11.5. Los paquetes deben ser funcionales: imágenes legibles, con el formato y las dimensiones que indica la App, y sin marcas de agua de terceros ni logotipos superpuestos de otras aplicaciones.
12. Contenido generado con inteligencia artificial
12.1. Se permite publicar contenido creado con herramientas de inteligencia artificial, siempre que cumpla todas estas Directrices.
12.2. Ser generado por una herramienta de inteligencia artificial no convierte un contenido en libre de derechos: si el resultado reproduce un personaje protegido, una marca o el rostro de una persona real, sigue estando prohibido por las secciones 2 y 4.
12.3. No se permite usar inteligencia artificial para generar representaciones realistas de personas identificables sin su consentimiento, ni de menores en ningún contexto sexualizado.
12.4. Podemos etiquetar o exigir que se etiquete el contenido generado por inteligencia artificial.
13. Contenido potencialmente ilícito
Nos reservamos el derecho de retirar contenido y de adoptar medidas frente a conductas que, a nuestro juicio razonable, resulten dañinas o potencialmente ilícitas aunque no encajen de manera literal en las secciones anteriores. Esto incluye el contenido difamatorio, el contenido que vulnere la intimidad de una persona y el contenido prohibido por la legislación aplicable en el país donde se publica o se consulta.
14. Consecuencias del incumplimiento
14.1. Ante un incumplimiento podemos, con o sin aviso previo: retirar el contenido, excluirlo de búsquedas y secciones de descubrimiento, restringir funciones de tu cuenta, suspender tu capacidad de publicar o cerrar tu cuenta de forma definitiva.
14.2. Se aplica la escala de faltas de la sección 10 de los Términos de Uso: aviso en la primera, suspensión de siete días en la segunda y cierre definitivo en la tercera.
14.3. Las siguientes infracciones conllevan el cierre definitivo inmediato, sin escala previa: sección 3 (seguridad infantil), sección 4.1 y 4.3 (contenido sexual explícito y contenido íntimo no consentido), sección 5.2 (amenazas e incitación a la violencia), sección 2 cuando se trate de publicación masiva o sistemática de material infractor, y sección 8.1 cuando la suplantación tenga ánimo de engaño.
14.4. Cuando retiremos contenido tuyo te informaremos del motivo, citando la sección concreta de estas Directrices, y te indicaremos cómo apelar.
14.5. Podemos conservar una copia del contenido retirado como evidencia, conforme a la sección 9.4 de los Términos de Uso, e impedir que vuelva a publicarse mediante su huella digital.
15. Cómo reportar contenido
15.1. Dentro de la App, pulsa el menú de tres puntos en cualquier sticker, paquete o perfil y selecciona Reportar. Elige la categoría que mejor describa el problema y añade los detalles que consideres útiles. Recibirás un número de referencia.
15.2. También puedes bloquear a cualquier usuario desde su perfil para dejar de ver su contenido.
15.3. Si eres titular de derechos de autor o de una marca, usa el procedimiento específico de {{DOMINIO}}/copyright o el formulario de {{DOMINIO}}/reclamo, accesibles sin necesidad de cuenta.
15.4. Para contenido relacionado con la seguridad infantil, escribe además a {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}.
15.5. Revisamos los reportes y actuamos cuando corresponde. Un reporte no garantiza la retirada del contenido; evaluamos cada caso conforme a estas Directrices y a la ley aplicable.
16. Cómo apelar
Si retiramos contenido tuyo o restringimos tu cuenta y crees que hemos cometido un error, puedes apelar durante los seis meses siguientes, desde el enlace incluido en la notificación o escribiendo a {{EMAIL_SOPORTE}}. El procedimiento completo está en la sección 11 de los Términos de Uso.
17. Cambios y contacto
17.1. Podemos actualizar estas Directrices. Publicaremos la nueva versión con su número y fecha de vigencia, y te avisaremos dentro de la App si los cambios son sustanciales.

0. Scope
These Content Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to all User Content published on {{NOMBRE_APP}} (the "Service") and form part of the Terms of Use ({{DOMINIO}}/terms). Capitalized terms not defined here are defined in the Terms of Use.
By creating or publishing content you agree to these Guidelines. Breaching them may result in removal of the content, suspension of your ability to publish and permanent closure of your account, in accordance with section 14.
These Guidelines apply to everything visible on the Service: sticker images, pack names, descriptions, tags, your username, your profile picture and your profile biography.
1. The general rule
1.1. Publish only content you created yourself, or for which you have express authorization from all of its rights holders.
1.2. If you are not certain you have the right to publish an image, do not publish it. Doubt is not authorization.
1.3. The fact that an image is available on the internet, in a search engine, on a social network or in another sticker app does not mean it is free of rights or that you may publish it here.
2. Third-party intellectual property
2.1. Copyright. You must own all copyright in what you upload, or hold sufficient authorization. Publishing, distributing or transmitting protected works without the consent of the rights holder is prohibited. This includes, among others: other people's photographs, other people's illustrations and drawings, works of art, frames and screenshots from films, series, animation, anime and video games, album and book covers, and images derived from any of the above.
2.2. Trademarks. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, brand marks, trade names, crests, kits or distinctive brand features is not permitted where it may cause confusion as to the origin, sponsorship or affiliation of the content.
2.3. Characters. Fictional characters are protected by copyright and frequently also by trademarks. Packs featuring characters from films, series, animation, comics, anime, video games, toys or advertising are not permitted without authorization from the rights holder. Redrawn, restyled, fan-art or derivative versions of those characters are equally prohibited: remaining recognizable is enough to infringe.
2.4. Real people. Do not publish images of identifiable people without their consent. This includes public figures, performers, athletes, internet personalities and streamers: a person being well known does not remove their image rights or the photographer's copyright.
2.5. Content taken from other platforms. Publishing content scraped, downloaded, copied or imported from other sticker apps, messaging services, third-party libraries, commercial catalogues or websites is prohibited, regardless of whether the tool used to obtain it is lawful. Packs taken from other apps or services are removed without exception.
2.6. Licensed assets. If you use stock images, fonts, brushes or templates, you must comply with the terms of their license, including any requirement for a commercial license. Many free licenses do not permit redistributing the asset as part of a downloadable product: checking this is your responsibility.
2.7. Text, names and tags. Do not use third-party trademarks or character names in pack names, descriptions, tags or your username, including deliberate misspellings, separators or variations intended to evade detection. Do not suggest an association, sponsorship or authorization that does not exist.

3. Child safety {#child-safety}
{{NOMBRE_APP}} maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
3.1. Absolute prohibition. It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, publish, store, solicit, link to or distribute through the Service child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that abuses, exploits, sexualizes or endangers minors. This prohibition covers:
a) visual depictions, whether real, drawn, edited or generated by computer or artificial intelligence, of minors in sexually explicit or suggestive contexts;
b) content that sexualizes minors, including content that emphasizes a minor's body parts with sexual intent;
c) content that promotes, normalizes, glorifies or instructs on child sexual abuse, grooming, sextortion or child trafficking;
d) use of the Service to contact, recruit or groom a minor for exploitation;
e) use of the Service to solicit, offer or link to CSAM hosted anywhere else.
3.2. Action taken. When we obtain actual knowledge of content of this kind we will: remove it immediately; permanently close the responsible account without any graduated scale of penalties; preserve the evidence in accordance with applicable law; and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities of the relevant jurisdiction.
3.3. How to report. Anyone, with or without an account, may report this content using the "Report" option available on every sticker, pack and profile in the App, or by writing to {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}. Reports in this category are handled with the highest priority.
3.4. Point of contact. Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including notifications from distribution platforms and authorities, is {{NOMBRE_CONTACTO_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}, at {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}.
3.5. Minimum age. Use of the Service is subject to the minimum age set out in section 4 of the Terms of Use.
4. Nudity and sexual content
4.1. Content containing nudity or intended for sexual gratification is not permitted. This includes full or partial nudity, graphic depictions of sexual acts, and pornographic content whether real, illustrated, animated or generated by artificial intelligence.
4.2. Sexually suggestive content focused on intimate areas, and explicit fetish content, are not permitted.
4.3. Intimate content of a person published without their consent, and manipulated sexual content depicting real people, are not permitted.
4.4. Content promoting sexual services is not permitted.
5. Violence and graphic content
5.1. Graphic and gratuitous depictions of violence, mutilation, corpses, real injuries or blood for shock value are not permitted.
5.2. Content that promotes, glorifies or incites acts of violence against people or animals, or that celebrates attacks, massacres or their perpetrators, is not permitted.
5.3. Content that glorifies or encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders is not permitted. If you or someone you know is going through a difficult time, please seek support from the help services available in your country.
5.4. Content that denies, trivializes or celebrates documented crimes against humanity or genocides is not permitted.
5.5. Content containing instructions for manufacturing, modifying or obtaining weapons or explosives is not permitted.
6. Hate and discrimination
6.1. Content that promotes, incites or justifies hatred, violence or dehumanization against people or groups on the basis of race, ethnic or national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, caste, serious illness or any other protected characteristic is not permitted.
6.2. The use of symbols, slogans, uniforms or iconography of organizations that promote hatred or terrorism, or their reproduction without a clearly critical or educational context, is not permitted.
6.3. Demeaning stereotypes presented as humour are not permitted where their effect is to denigrate a protected group.
7. Harassment, bullying and threats
7.1. Content aimed at humiliating, harassing, intimidating or shaming a specific person is not permitted.
7.2. Threats of violence, wishes of harm, and content inciting other users to attack a person or to organize harassment campaigns are not permitted.
7.3. Creating packs whose purpose is to mock an identifiable person, including classmates, co-workers, neighbours or former partners, is not permitted.
8. Impersonation and personal data
8.1. Do not impersonate another person, brand, organization or {{NOMBRE_APP}} itself. Parody or fan accounts must state so clearly and visibly in the name and in the biography.
8.2. Do not publish third parties' personal data: full name combined with other data, home address, telephone number, email address, identity documents, licence plates, banking details, medical records or credentials.
8.3. Do not publish screenshots of private conversations that identify people without their consent.
9. Illegal and dangerous activities
9.1. Content that promotes, facilitates or instructs on illegal activities is not permitted.
9.2. Content promoting the use or sale of illegal drugs, unregulated substances, or tobacco or alcohol directed at minors, is not permitted.
9.3. Content promoting the sale of weapons, explosives, protected species, organs or forged documents is not permitted.
9.4. Content promoting scams, pyramid schemes, illegal gambling or deceptive financial services is not permitted.
9.5. Content encouraging dangerous challenges or behaviour likely to cause injury is not permitted.
10. Misleading information
10.1. Content spreading false claims capable of causing real harm is not permitted, in particular concerning health, emergencies, public safety or electoral processes.
10.2. Manipulated content depicting a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do is not permitted where it may mislead.
11. Spam, manipulation and quality
11.1. Publishing duplicate, repetitive or bulk-generated packs in order to occupy search results is not permitted.
11.2. The use of irrelevant tags or keyword stuffing to manipulate search is not permitted.
11.3. Artificially manipulating downloads, followers or ratings is not permitted.
11.4. Content consisting solely of advertising, affiliate links or promotion of other services is not permitted.
11.5. Packs must be functional: legible images, in the format and dimensions indicated by the App, and free of third-party watermarks or overlaid logos from other applications.
12. Content generated with artificial intelligence
12.1. Publishing content created with artificial intelligence tools is permitted, provided it complies with all of these Guidelines.
12.2. Being generated by an artificial intelligence tool does not make content free of rights: if the output reproduces a protected character, a trademark or the face of a real person, it remains prohibited under sections 2 and 4.
12.3. Using artificial intelligence to generate realistic depictions of identifiable people without their consent, or of minors in any sexualized context, is not permitted.
12.4. We may label, or require the labelling of, content generated by artificial intelligence.
13. Potentially unlawful content
We reserve the right to remove content and to take measures against conduct that, in our reasonable judgement, is harmful or potentially unlawful even where it does not fall literally within the sections above. This includes defamatory content, content that violates a person's privacy, and content prohibited by the legislation applicable in the country where it is published or accessed.
14. Consequences of non-compliance
14.1. In response to a breach we may, with or without prior notice: remove the content, exclude it from search and discovery sections, restrict features of your account, suspend your ability to publish or permanently close your account.
14.2. The strike scale in section 10 of the Terms of Use applies: warning on the first strike, seven-day suspension on the second and permanent closure on the third.
14.3. The following breaches result in immediate permanent closure without the graduated scale: section 3 (child safety), sections 4.1 and 4.3 (sexually explicit content and non-consensual intimate content), section 5.2 (threats and incitement to violence), section 2 where it involves bulk or systematic publication of infringing material, and section 8.1 where the impersonation is intended to deceive.
14.4. When we remove your content we will inform you of the reason, citing the specific section of these Guidelines, and tell you how to appeal.
14.5. We may retain a copy of removed content as evidence, in accordance with section 9.4 of the Terms of Use, and prevent it from being published again by means of its hash.
15. How to report content
15.1. In the App, tap the three-dot menu on any sticker, pack or profile and select Report. Choose the category that best describes the problem and add any details you consider useful. You will receive a reference number.
15.2. You can also block any user from their profile to stop seeing their content.
15.3. If you are a copyright or trademark owner, use the specific procedure at {{DOMINIO}}/copyright or the form at {{DOMINIO}}/claim, both accessible without an account.
15.4. For content relating to child safety, please also write to {{EMAIL_SEGURIDAD_INFANTIL}}.
15.5. We review reports and act where appropriate. A report does not guarantee removal; we assess each case against these Guidelines and applicable law.
16. How to appeal
If we remove your content or restrict your account and you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal within six months, using the link included in the notice or by writing to {{EMAIL_SOPORTE}}. The full procedure is set out in section 11 of the Terms of Use.
17. Changes and contact
17.1. We may update these Guidelines. We will publish the new version with its version number and effective date, and will notify you in the App if the changes are material.
